JP is a native San Franciscan who comes from a family of civil servants. With over 5 years of both field, design, and management experience at multiple Solar companies, JP is currently Sutro Power’s longest elected Co-CEO.

An electrician and PV design Consultant by trade, JP manages field operations as well as the Design Consultant team.

A Political Science and History major, JP’s initial contribution to the firm, as a founding partner, was the design of a corporate system based upon the Consular system of the Roman Republic. Though two CEOs that are selected annually in a company-wide election, JP designed a system that would foster the growth, development, and financial security of its workforce, while maintaining checks and balances on the partners and thereby producing systems of the highest quality of design.

Aside from work JP is an avid crab fisherman.

Juliano Lodi serves Sutro Power as Co-CEO and head of the Design and Engineering Department.

With 7 years of both field and office experience in the design and engineering of both Solar and battery systems as well as energy efficient homes, on top of a Masters Degree in Structural and Environmental Engineering, Juliano is one of the essential cornerstones of Sutro Power. He takes great pride in the creation and facilitation of the most efficiently designed Solar systems, and is a ‘field engineer’ in the truest sense of the term.

In addition to managing the engineering department, Juliano also project manages the more complex Solar projects of Sutro Power.

Juliano is a two-time All-American track and field athlete having represented the nationally recognized program of North Central College. In his spare time he is a recreational musician, soccer player, and crab fisherman.

Ricky, a native San Francisco, has over his 8 years of experience installing Solar and Battery Systems in all nine counties of the Bay Area and beyond.

He brings a level of Solar Electrical experience to the field that few can match and both trains and leads Sutro Powers crews in the installation of Solar and Battery systems in the field.

Despite having installed hundreds of systems over the years, Ricky still treats each installation as if it’s on his own home, and puts quality and customer satisfaction above all else.

Outside of work, Ricky is an avid Warriors fan and Duel Sport motorcycle rider, making regular off-road excursions.

Mark Doolittle has over two decades worth of Electrical experience working throughout the Bay Area. Co-owner and Operator of Unity Building and Electric, Mark advises and maintains quality control over questions relating to the National Electrical Code and the execution of more complex electrical operations.

In his spare time Mark enjoys mountain biking on Mt. Tamalpias and has a commercial pilot’s license which he uses for recreational purposes.

With a long history in Solar, ranging from work with EPCs such as SunRun to manufacturers such as IronRidge, QuickMount, and Tigo Energy, Jason oversees the backend of Sutro Power’s operations as well as its finances.

Jason designed Sutro Power’s CRM as well as all of its interactions with other applications.

From its inception Sutro Power was self-financed by its founding partners. Jason’s extensive knowledge of credit and finance was essential to the proper use and implementation of capital. Sutro Power would not be a “boot-strapped” financed company if it were not for Jason’s financial acumen.

For fun Jason travels and camps throughout the state of California nearly every weekend. There are few parks within the state of California that Jason has not visited.
